Very exciting Jenni, and great news that he's going to find out more about the trial, could it mean that you could take part if you wanted?
Hope the RA is better today?
Best wishes
Sheila

Hi sheila,

dr edwards doesnt think I can do the proper trials as I have had such nasty reactions to other drugs but he is going to advocate for me in the strongest possible way to be allowed a go.

the ra is ok again, mainly because i have a dramatic reaction to the steroid and so can move which is great.

had a difficult meeting with post adoption today as they think I am too stroppy and have ruffled too many feathers to get what Gems needs to be able to run the local support grp. bit stressy.

anyway!

how are you today- How I miss the PMs....

Jenni, good luck with the worm poop! (in the nicest possible way!!) The adoption people should be glad there are people like you looking out for kids, not complaining that you're too stroppy!! glad you feel a bit better today, even if its due to the steroids, its still a big help. Take care x

Hello Jenni I'm pleased that you are feeling a little more comfortable at the moment. I hope that receiving an email from the Doc is the begining of something good at least you have some communication going on. Best of luck with the worm thing, I had thought it was another of your jokes until I read more of your posts. Take care. Glenys. x

I just cannot believe this - can they not see how amazingly you have coped and could offer so much invaluable advice to others in the same situation? Words fail me. Easy for me to say, I know, but please try not to get too stressed abut it all. You have had so much stress for a great many years and now have to start trying to relax and have some "me" time. I know you're a very loving person and care for everyone, but sometimes you just have to take some time out.

Glad the depo is working - PLEASE look after yourself.

Muh love as always

Jenni

Brilliant that the steriod is working. Fingers crossed for you from here on in. I truly believe that stress can really impact on RA so please take care of yourself.

Love

Do you know it makes me cross, I would have thought that with your adoptive experience you would be ideal
to help others who may well have such a difficult time with children that have been harmed by their pasts. And if you were teamed up with someone who
had an easier time of it you would have all eventualities covered.

Couldn't agree with you more Mel. There must be so many families out there who would benefit tremendously from Jenni's experience and help. How are you going on now?

Oh dear, but if it could pose risks then they will cover themselves.
